I like the second half quite a bit, but the intro bits where the music swells then comes to a screeching halt before starting again causes a bit of an audio pop that might be slightly harsher to headphone users. Well composed overall, but there is definitely a way to smooth out the intro and keep the melody going.

Keep practicing and you'll get there. :)

Edit: Only talking about the near audio pops, instrumentally I enjoy it. :)

Makes me think about a King that drank WAY too heavily the night prior, and is trying to head to the balcony to give a royal address, hilarity ensues.

Otherworldly and Alien-sounding, as well as funky. A good piece to send into outerspace as a diplomatic blend of both our cultures. :P

The breaks aren't too long, but still add a nice moment to unwind before getting back into the groove, which I'd definitely say is the best part of the song. Not sure if you are a bass player in real life or if you're using programs, but that's a pretty slick bassline towards the middle of the song.

Keep it up dude!

Thank you syr! I appreciate the kind words :)

Emotion Zero is pretty chill, can only imagine what Emotion One is going to be like. :P

Titlescreen: YEAH LET'S DO THIS!!!
Character Select: Chilling and breakbeating while making a decision.
Credits: Deep introspection.

Nice little selection you got here Hotstuff! A few more of these and you'd genuinely have a soundtrack to a game. :D

I'd say that I can't decide if I like Titlescreen or Character Select the best, but credits isn't far behind either. It'd depend on what mood I was in at the time, but credit would make for some good relaxation music.

Keep on creating dude!

The best time of all, thanks :D

Chutney has his own theme that he uses when Skull Lord does something quick, but now I have a grab-bag of tunes that I can use to my advantage in Chutney Island Adventures.

As mentioned on our emails back and forth as this was being made, I think having someone whispering 'eeeeeeeevvvvvvviiiillllll' is too on the nose, but since I have a bunch of slightly different versions in a folder, I won't judge you on your creative vision. haha

That said, the buildup and the payoff at 1:50 is worth the wait. Can easily imagine a boss battle of sorts with Skull Lord just outright punting a guy into the ocean with one hard kick.

Very useful to have on hand. Thanks a bunch as always!

Possibly responds:

Yah, on the nose is fun sometimes - I feel like the overall tone implies some sense of irony anyhoo - I mean, if i have a bunch of creepy whispering available to me, it's beyond my ability to not use it and laugh merrily while doing so. In that regard, I may be a junior Skull Lord in the making.

A Nibbly Bebloip sounds like a small slimy creature that is typically friendly to everything, but keeps biting things to find out what they are, much to the disapproval of the people bitten.

Nice chill song that I could easily see playing in the credits to a chaotic cartoon to employ a drastic mood shift. :P

Possibly responds:

Thanks, well, maybe we're all a little Nibbly Bebloip when it comes down to it.

I tried to float down the Magnetic River but my boat got stuck onto the pier.

Good song man! Song has some nice flow (pun intended) to it, as it ramps up towards an even more triumphant electric sound as it goes on.

Would definitely make for some good credit music or a montage involving robots. :P

Keep it up dude!

I probably like this.
