As for a happy ending, I think there’s potential~! Maybe KillBot gets into an accident and damages his hardware, and NurseBot ends up having to heal him… but he’s not quite the type to kill (at least, indiscriminately) anymore afterwards -w-

It's such a cute moment. She have been able to change him, too. Cross a wire here and change a code there... effectively train him to help and heal others (mostly indiscriminately). Best way to eliminate his enemies would be to turn them into his friends.

Since I'm not rushing it out and taking to time to heal from my (very organic and not robotic in nature at all) sinus infection, maybe the cartoon can have a happy ending...somehow? :P
