Gotta say, while this places isn't exactly the most welcoming, it's not that hard for anything to be better than The Void. Not a darn thing there.

I didn't know a whole lot about the Jersey Devil before I played the PS1 game, so I figured it was more of a cartoony devil in the myth. Little did I know it was a horrifying man goat when I looked up other pictures later, and this is a good rendition of that. :P

In all seriousness, this is some superb art. Reminds me of the art I'd see lots of in PS1-style game manuals.

Nice and shiny with some good attention to light direction. If they weren't floating in a yellow void I'd say something about a lack of shadows on the floor, but it's obvious it wasn't what you were going for. haha

She is either very small, or those skulls are huge.

If I was gonna get technical, I'd say that the jaw of the middle skull wouldn't have purple lighting since the rest of the cranium would be blocking the light, but I imagine in this hell sphere that there is more than one flame and excuse it. :P

But I wanted to thank you for the critique! After you said that I've been trying to work on my lighting more since I have a tendency to put light where there's no light. Lol
