As if being a giant dragonborn wasn't imposing enough, guy's carrying a cannon around like it's a gun. Good lord. :P

Good piece!
The pose is well thought out and the lineart isn't clashing at any points and those are some well drawn hands. Only thing worth pointing out is that since the cloth/cape details are shown as a smooth white colour, it blends in a bit with the white background, which is magnified with how the ground does have a bit of detail.

Absolutely nothing that couldn't be fixed, as the rest of the piece is pretty solid.

Glad to see ya back dude! :D

She grew another set of wings with a different colour, which means she must dye her arms blue! :0

Always impressed when people work with thin lineart, and the fact this was a 4 hour race to the finish, you were able to squeeze in a lot of detail and colour into this piece.

Hats off to ya, ya beat me fair and square in this duel. :P

A lot of the 50s style diners in my neck of the woods would hand out activity sheets and crayons, but a few places did just have a big paper tablecloth that you could just turn into a giant scribbly mess if you wanted to. Tons of hangman and tic tac toe like you see here too. :P

One of the things I like about your drawings with backgrounds is how 'alive' it looks, i.e it isn't just a bunch of generic boxes or the bare minimum to match the setting. Different coloured paper, some of the stickers are on Rick etc etc.

I reckon a lot of it comes from memory and reference photos, but it still lets me know I've got more to learn.

Nice work once again!

Adding stuff to the backgrounds has become a favorite part of the drawing process. It's been helping me slow down drawing and making me enjoy it more :)

And yup! A lot of it comes from memory and ref photos. Since starting to work with these guys, I've been taking more notes on what's in a diner when I go. References help jog my memory.

Stay frosty Syrups B)

He's about to slay evil demons or work at a summer hotdog stand! Depending on how he's feeling today! :P

Out of mana, but not out of options. (Throws a punch at the bad guy that stole her magic)

Not liking your clean lines, but still drawing them anyways is the first step to actually sort of liking your clean lines.

While I'm not familiar with your buddy's character, I can say that it's a pretty good drawing, just watch those fingers and try to tackle some more leg anatomy when ya got the time. :)

Keep at it dude!

Hero Lobsters! Now in three fruity flavors!
Mango, Sour Apple and Blue Grape!

I guess when your job involves explosions, lasers and bugs that make the cockroach on the wall look like a grain of dust in comparison, then a peaceful day is probably deafeningly quiet. lol

Very solid piece! The characters look great, and the rocky background is masterfully done.
The dust in the forefront is looking kind of smudgy though, and it's blocking out all of those painstakingly drawn plateaus and rocks.

If there was anything I'd suggest, it would just be to use a different type of brush with the dust layer, or maybe lower the opacity ultra low to keep what's already there, and then have a second layer for thicker dust that doesn't appear in front of some of the best rock details.

But hey! That's just me.
Great work dude! :D

Lady Of The Lake: You look like the kind of guy that could use a sword. *COUGH*
(sword hits ground)
Knight: Oh, thank you!

All jokes aside, wonderful work on getting all of the scales to look distinct and shiny, and the reflections in the water ripples are great too! Very well composed all around. :)
