Nice man, nice! Worth the smackaroos and dunkaroos I paid for it with. :P
Maybe I should have mentioned it during the back and forth WIPS, but even if the camera is blurred slightly and focused on Karl, the human referee would have a bit more detailed of a face since he's closer to the camera.

Otherwise, super happy with this!

Be careful when turning the flashlights off. Make sure there is a safe path to the light switch first.

Good spots for ice packs are the neck and middle of the back.
Another good tip is to put some cold water on the face or the arms and sit in front of fan, since it'll make the wind even colder.

(Also I like the art. I can still see some construction lines, but the drawing is still fun with a charming style. Keep it up! :P )

In all seriousness, interesting glitch effect!
As a single image, it does have an eeriness to it, but to nail it, I think this'd need to be a gif with different drawings of distortion to achieve maximum spooky.

The important details are all there, so you can tell it's a girl with a sailor outfit, so even with the distortion it's plenty clear.

Keep up the experiments and fun stuff!
