Despite all his evil schemes, you gotta hand it to the guy...he makes a guest feel welcomed in his lair. :P

ACID-YORU responds:

Yeah dude. He was so polite. He even let me make the first strike after a nice conversation

Magikarp is telling Wooper where he can find and catch Ho-oh. :)

Whenever I see a rendition of Frankenstein('s Monster), I always wonder if the bodies Doctor Frankenstein had dug up were that ridiculously ripped, or if some extra bits were added to make him that tough.

Super cool rendition though! Good use of thin lines and smudge to add some cool texture and half-shadows to him. :D

This reminds me of the many times I've shredded my kneecaps on asphalt. :P

A trick I saw for getting lots of variation for the little fodder grunt enemies is to have several different outfit colours, and a few different heads or distinct features. That way, when the outfits and heads are mixed and matched, you have over 30+ different combinations. Way more bang for your buck while still trying to keep things minimal to a single enemy type. :)

Working in black and white is a tricky medium, but of course, a trick to learn is that dark hair can be very shiny depending on the direction of the light source. Some highlights and then of course the absence of highlights can get a bit more extra depth in your pieces.

Plus, that Loki and Thor on the bottom left are really well done too!
Keep it up!

TheDyingSun responds:

"that Loki and Thor on the bottom..."
- I KNEW IT!!! My friend initially told me to draw Bucky, but in the end I looked at it and said it looks like Ragnarok Thor.

Otherwise, yeah, I didn't intend to do complete black and white, but it is rather tricky. My second attempt was a lot cleaner, paying attention to the lighting. Working with a water acrylic mix for shades is difficult fun :)

I like the dynamic angle you chose, and you really captured the essence of the characters in just one drawing. :P

Nice work dude!
You picked a lively pose and I'm diggin' your colour choices. The glossy lobster claws next to the desert sky and sand makes for some cool contrast.

I also like the subtle look of confusion, like he isn't quite sure the whip is going to help him with archeology. :P

Keep it up!

The blank expression on this guy makes me think that he was looking for Multiplication Avenue and got lost somewhere along the way. :P

Good stuff! Your astronaut is cemented as the focal point by having brighter and more saturated colours than the non-astronaut civilians wearing beige and brown clothing. That said, I notice one tiny omission that was likely accidental.

The girl closest to the camera has lip definition, but Ece has a smooth line from the bottom of his nose to his chin. Just a little something to add a tiny bit of depth to the bottom of his face is all he needs to show he has lips at that angle, otherwise this is a fine piece.

Keep it up! :D

TheDyingSun responds:

The lip thing was an accidental omission >.<

I was in the middle of adding it and it looked weird so I stopped and I forgot to go back to add it in! I might update that depending on how it looks.

Otherwise, thank you so much! :>

Fall asleep longer than 6 hours and suddenly you're dead in Mewx' eyes. :P

Nice work dude!
Aside from the funny funeral outfits and other things that made this comic fun to read, you did a nice job with the blanket crumples. A+ for effort. haha

Keep it up! :D
