Sounds like it's Mario Party Time! :D

Alyxandr responds:

It's heavily based on the Glitzville theme from Paper Mario Thousand Year Door! So you're not far off!

Gasp! Arbitrary Violence!?
Someone is getting attacked by someone else for some reason! We should do...something? :P

Possibly responds:

we should always do something, even if that something is to just sit back and watch :D

It's like a bunch of mini disco songs all fused together, I dig it!
My favorite section is probably the part at 1:03 - 1:50, just gets that groovy bass just right. :P

Alyctro responds:

thanks for the feedback on a decade old song

Haha, it sounds like it could be a soundtrack playing for 'How It's Made' on Discovery Channel. :P

ScottJacob responds:

That'd be incredible lol

Who's ready for a travel montage with their Robot Friend that was built in the 80s?
I know I am! :P

ScottJacob responds:

Heck yeah! He's just been gathering dust in the corner for decades, a little sun would do him good...Come to think of it i'm pretty sure he's solar powered

This song will be played as me and my friends are mercilessly brutalized by a Duck Man.
Thank you for providing musical accompaniment to our misfortune. :P

Possibly responds:

Thanks kindly, may all your brutalizings be happy ones!

I know this is supposed to be the Mountain Theme for this game, but all my brain can picture is a Vampire dancing as it walks down the halls of its castle. :P

I dig it!

ScottJacob responds:

I wish lol, my life would be complete if i found out a Vampire has danced to my music

Thanks for listening!

Not knowing what 'Westcoast' exactly is when it comes to music, I have no idea how to further classify it or what it would encompass if I explored the genre...

...at the same time, I live on the West Coast, and I like this song...so uh...I don't know exactly how to respond here. :P

Nice chill beat and the song has enough variation to the main beat and instrument/synth additions to prevent the song from getting boring, so good on ya. haha

Keep it up!

DreamEater responds:

West-coast Hiphop bro 😂 like 90’s Hiphop. Souls of mischief, Jdilla, Digital Underground... thank you for listening all the same 🙏🏻 You are too kind

Start of the song: A Human Among Robots
End of the song: A Human Dances With Robots

Jokes aside, this has a very pleasant mood about it, and the mixing is rather quite good. Been tinkering myself with robotic sounds, and getting them to not overpower other synths is a real challenge it seems. Doesn't sound like you had any trouble though. haha

Keep it up!

GameBoyFireworks responds:

Thank you so much! Yeah these noises can be frustrating. I'm not perfect by any means, but what I've found to work is a lot of stereo separation/panning. Robo noises and dirty synths tend to eat up a lot of frequencies so if you compress your audio at all you end up with a bunch of noise. When I'm dealing with synths that are all over the place frequency wise I try to compress less and mix manually by hand more. Pan your instruments about 70% left or right and put whatever you want to be showing off dead center with your kick. I like panning my arps really hard and verb them out so they're just a distant twinkle.

Anyway, you probably didn't need to hear much of this, but hopefully some part of it was actually helpful. Haha! I appreciate the review a ton!

Miss Flora, a refined lady of beauty and class...and she'll destroy anyone when it comes to a funky dance off. :P

This is really good! Totally sounds like an awesome character theme taken straight out of a video game or an anime. Your production values keep going up and I'm happy to keep on listening.

1:14 - 1:31 is one of my favorite parts, and right afterwards the mix of horns and techno remind me of Jamiroquai, one of my favorite bands.

Looking forward to the next Sundae. :D

Noisysundae responds:

"Thanks as usual. Ironically, 1:14 - 1:31 is the exact place I got stuck for days making this thing. The lead synth (and the horns which is just the same lead synth with a chorus effect) was supposed to be a saxophone playing, but I tried to find a free sax plugin that has a suitable sound to no avail. In the end, I said "Screw that, I'll do a blatantly fake one.". :P" — The Manager
